The disclosure of information conducted by the company is in accordance with the Law No. 14 of 2008 on Public Information and regulation of State Owned Enterprises Ministry No. Per-09/MBU/2012 on the Amendment to the Regulation of the Minister of State Enterprises No. Per-01/MBU/2011 about the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) in SOEs, Article 3 (three) mentioned that one of the GCG principles is Fairness: justice and equality in fulfilling the rights of Stakeholder arising from contracts and prevailing regulations, in this case is the information disclosure.
