To overcome future challenges, the Company has prepared a business development strategy based on the potential value creation and the available ease of implementation. The Company has identified several strategic initiatives that can be realized in the next five years as priorities, and are part of PT TIMAH Tbk's 2020-2024 RJPP. The following is PT TIMAH Tbk's strategic plan for the next 5 (five) years:
