The Committee is a group of professionals who are competent in their field, which is established by the Board of Commissioners as a supporting organ to assist the Board in carrying out the functions of supervision and to provide advice to the Board of Directors. Three Committees assist the Board of Commissioners today, namely :
1. Audit Committee
2. Human Resources, Remuneration, & Nomination Committee
3. Integrated Governance and Risk Monitoring Committee
