In 2024, the Company held the General Meeting of Shareholders for the 2023 Financial Year, attended by the entire Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors of PT TIMAH Tbk, as well as 361 participants consisting of shareholders, institutional investors, and analysts, representing 74.43% of the total shares.
