PT TIMAH Tbk held an Extraordinary General Meeting of SHareholders in 2021 on Tuesday, December 23, 2021, from 11.45 to 12.41 Western Indonesia Time at Ballroom 1-The Ritz Carlton Jakarta Pacific Place, Jl. Jend Sudirman Kav. 52-53 Jakarta.
The EGMS on December 23, 2021, was held in accordance with the request of the major shareholder's MIND ID through PT Indonesia Asahan Alumunium (Persero). The proposed agenda was stated in the letter from MIND ID No.1112/LDIRUT/XII/2021 dated December 23, 2021, regarding the proposal on the Change of Management Structure of PT TIMAH Tbk.
