In 2020, the Company carried out its Annual GMS on Thursday, June 11th,2020. Considering the status of a certain Circumtances of emergency in an outbreak due to Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19) determined by the Government, based on the Financial Services Authority Letter No. S-124/D.04/2020 dated 24 April 2020, the Meeting can be conducted electronically by referring to the Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 16 / POJK.04 / 2020 concerning the Implementation of the General Meeting of Shareholders of the Public Companies registry electronically.
In compliance with the provisions of the Indonesia Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 15 / POJK.04 / 2020 on the Plans and Implementation of the General Meeting of Shareholders (OJK Regulation No. 15/POJK.04/2020) and the provisions of the Company's Articles of Association, accordingly, the summons of the Meeting will be conducted in at least 1 (one) Indonesian language newspaper with national circulation, the Stock Exchange website, the website of the Electronic General Meeting System facility provider of the Indonesian Central Securities Depository (KSEI) (eASY.KSEI) and the Company's website which will be carried out by the Company on Wednesday, May 20, 2020.
In the Annual GMS, the meeting is chaired by the President Commissioner by first conveying that the GMS is based on the GMS rules that have been distributed. The Chair of the meeting provides the opportunity for Shareholders and/or their proxies to submit questions/responses and/or proposals at meeting agenda. The Chair of the meeting or Director appointed by the Chair of the meeting to answer or respond the questions/records of the Shareholders that present. After all questions have been answered and responded then the vote will be taken and only Shareholders and/or their authorized attorneys are entitled to vote.In
