In ensuring that the company's operations are implemented responsibly, the Company conducts periodic communication and coordination, both with MIND ID and other relevant stakeholders at the regional and central levels. This communication is carried out to ensure that the mining policies/regulations implemented by PT TIMAH Tbk are included in the Mining Business Permit Area (WIUP) free from the risk of illegal mining. In addition, the Company also entered into an MOU in collaboration with the National Police and the Indonesian Armed Forces. This MOU aims to secure national vital objects (Pam Obvitnas), secure WIUP, safeguard company assets and control illegal mining.
Until the end of 2022, there is no monetary value of political contributions either financially or in the form of objects/goods given directly and indirectly by the organization. [415-1]

As part of the Company's efforts to maintain employee productivity, the Company establishes decent and safe working conditions by providing supporting facilities and equal opportunities for all employees regardless of their ethnicity, religion, race, class, and gender. Every employee has equal opportunity to receive training, as well as career advancement based on the results of their performance evaluation. In its operations, the Company ensures that there are no child laborers or forced laborers working at the company. Until the end of 2022, PT TIMAH Tbk has 4,249 permanent employees, a decrease of 1.9% from the previous year.
Employee Performance Assessment [404-3]
The Company has a performance assessment system to ensure that every person of the Company has an objective assessment. This assessment is carried out every year by measuring two aspects, including behavioral assessment and personal objectives (Individual KPIs). In addition, the Company has developed an HR information system in the form of an HRPath application which includes a performance module. This application aims to assess the level of training needs of each employee. The information obtained from the system can be used as a basis for decision-making for the Company before carrying out employee training and development programs.
