PT Timah Investasi Mineral (TIM) is a direct subsidiary owned by the Company aimed at developing businesses in the non-tin mining sector, It is engaged in managing commercial coal mining businesses in the provinces of South Kalimantan and South Sumatra through its subsidiaries namely TAJ and TBBE. TIM was founded in 1996 as a form of non-tin mining diversification business. However, the Company is currently divesting TIM shares in TAJ and TBBE in connection with the action plans of the Group’s management and shareholders based on the results of a more economical analysis in the future. PT Timah Investasi Mineral (TIM) was established based on the Notarial Deed of Siti Pertiwi Henny Singgih, S.H., No. 78 dated August 19, 1996.
