Today, PT Timah Tbk Starts Distributing 23 Sacrificial Animals to East Belitung

EAST BELITUNG – Ahead of Eid al-Adha 1443 Hijriah, PT Timah Tbk began to distribute sacrificial animals to various operational areas. No exception in East Belitung Regency, PT Timah Tbk distributed as many as 23 sacrificial animals in East Belitung which began to be distributed on Friday (8/7/2022).

The sacrificial cows distributed are in good health and have undergone health checks, so that they are guaranteed to be free from the Mouth and Nail Disease (FMD) outbreak.

Burung Mandi Village in Damar District, which is one of the recipients of sacrificial animals, the Head of Burung Mandi Village, Sudarsono, appreciates the commitment of PT Timah Tbk which has several times distributed sacrificial animals to their village.

"Thanks to PT Timah Tbk, because Burung Mandi Village has received sacrificial animals from PT Timah Tbk several times, this time one of the mosques in this village will accept again," he said.

Similarly, the Head of Baru Village, Manggar Sub-district, Husnul Malik, said that his party welcomes the sacrificial animals from PT Timah Tbk which will be slaughtered and distributed to the community.

He considered that the sacrificial cattle distributed by PT Timah Tbk were healthy and free from PMK.

"We would like to thank PT Timah Tbk, because every Eid al-Adha always distributes it to us," he said.

Similarly, the Head of Lalang Jaya Village Artono also expressed his appreciation to PT Timah Tbk, because PT Timah Tbk very regularly provides sacrificial animals to one of the mosques in their village.

He hopes that PT Timah Tbk will continue to help the community, because PT Timah Tbk is very routinely helping, especially through its CSR.

"Alhamdulillah, our community can enjoy this sacrifice from PT Timah Tbk and hopefully it will continue," he said.

According to Artono, there are quite a number of people who receive qurban meat in Lalang Jaya village, reaching hundreds, and it has been recorded in Lalang Jaya mosques.
