During the meeting, President Director Restu Widiyantoro called on all PT Timah employees to strengthen collaboration and align the company’s vision and future operational strategies, especially in enhancing the protection of the company's Mining Business Permits (IUP).

Restu emphasized the importance of shared commitment across all company lines to achieve the established targets, enabling PT Timah to make a greater impact on society, the nation, and the country.

He also outlined several strategies and improvements aimed at optimizing the company’s production performance.

“To meet the targets we’ve set, we must secure at least one-third of our IUP areas. Secondly, we need to improve production performance. Third, we must focus on downstream processing,” he explained.
