WEST BANGKA -- Residents of West Bangka Regency enthusiastically welcomed the PT Timah Tbk Service Month which was held at the Multipurpose Building for the Muntok District Office, on Thursday (20/7/2023). This is because the activity provides many benefits to society.
In addition to holding blood drives and mass circumcisions, the series of activities for the Service Month to celebrate the 47th anniversary of PT Timah Tbk also included free health services at PT Timah Tbk Health Cars, distribution of basic food packages, and plant seed assistance.

The PT Timah Tbk Service Month series in West Bangka was opened by PT Timah Tbk General Manager Robertus Bambang Susilo and also attended by West Bangka Deputy Regent Bong Ming Ming, West Bangka Police Chief AKBP Ade Zamrah, West Bangka Forkopimda, Mentok Sukandi Sub-District Head, Lurah se -Muntok sub-district and community.
To entertain the children who are about to be circumcised, this member of the MIND ID mining industry holding also presents clowns and provides door prizes for the children.
As many as 80 children took part in the mass circumcision which was organized by this state-owned company. As well as dozens of blood bags collected in this activity.

A resident of Kampung Tanjung, Mentok Khaidir, said that the series of PT Timah Tbk Service Months really helped his family's economy. This is because they can receive free medical treatment and their grandchildren can attend the circumcision for free.
"Alhamdulillah, the activity really helps our economy, we are very happy. Apart from circumcising our grandchildren, we get free medical treatment. If we pay for it ourselves, we don't know how much we have to pay. Thank you to PT Timah, I hope we can make more progress in the future," said Haidir.
Likewise, Rinto, a resident of Happy Heart Mentok, mentioned the many benefits they felt from the PT Timah Tbk Service Month activities. "Activities like this are very helpful. When there are residents with low incomes, they can participate in their child's circumcision for free and the service is also good," said Rinto.
Likewise, Zuraida, a resident of Tegalrejo Sungaibaru, Mentok sub-district, admitted that she was very happy with PT Timah's Month of Service
