The Employee Residential at Kundur Unit is now electrified by PLN. Previously, the electricity supply in the housing occupied by the employee's family came from the company's PLTD.
The transitional ceremonies marked by the ignition of electrical connections were carried out by the General Manager of PT. PLN in Riau and Kepri M Irwansyah Putra, together with Head of Metallurgy Unit Kundur Nono Budipriono representing GM of Timah in Riau and Kepri, Tuesday, March 12, 2019 at Wisma Kundur. Present at the event were Head of Kundur Barat Sub-District Murnizam, Koramil of Tanjung Batu Syahrizal, Village Head of Perayun Heri Santoso, Head of Kundur M Nurui Village and other invitees.
On this occasion GM PT PLN Kepri and Riau Region expressed their appreciation to the management of PT Timah Tbk for their cooperation to become PLN Preminum customers. "We are committed to provide the best service, especially to PT Timah's customers," he said.
Nono Budipriono wished that with this transition, PT Timah's employees and family can use electricity effectively and efficiently. *
