WEST BANGKA -- PT Timah supports the electoral process in West Bangka Regency by facilitating the Plenary Meeting for the Recapitulation of Votes in the 2024 Election held at the Majapahit Building, Metallurgy Unit Mentok of PT Timah.
The Vote Counting Plenary at the Majapahit Building, Metallurgy Unit Mentok of PT Timah took place from February 29 to March 1, 2024.
As known, the Majapahit Building of PT Timah's Metallurgy Unit Mentok is often used for various activities such as meetings, and even sports events.
The Chairman of the West Bangka Election Commission, Darjiono, stated that the selection of the Majapahit Building of PT Timah as the venue for the Plenary Meeting of the West Bangka Election Commission was deemed to support the conducive and smooth conduct of activities.
"In addition to its spaciousness, the condition of this building provides a sense of safety and comfort in conducting the Plenary Meeting. Both the participants and the security personnel feel comfortable in carrying out their duties," said Darjiono.
He also appreciated PT Timah for providing facilities to the Election Commission, stating that PT Timah had supported the electoral process in West Bangka Regency.
"The West Bangka Election Commission expresses its gratitude to PT Timah, which has supported one of the stages of the 2024 elections, the Plenary Meeting for the Recapitulation of Votes in the 2024 Election at the West Bangka Regency level," he said.
Meanwhile, the West Bangka Regency Police Chief, AKBP Ade Zamrah, hoped that the Plenary Meeting for the recapitulation of the results of the vote count at the West Bangka Regency level for the 2024 Election at the Majapahit Building, West Bangka, would proceed safely and smoothly.
