SAWANG -- To support community activities in operational areas, PT Timah plays an active role in being directly involved and providing assistance to make community activities a success.
This time, PT Timah Wilasi Kundur supported the Musabaqoh Tilawatil Quran (MTQ) activity which was carried out at the Sawang Subdistrict and Sawang Laut Village Level, West Kundur District.PT Timah provided assistance for the smooth running of MTQ activities which will be held on Thursday, February 15, 2024.
The Village Head, Sawang Azman, expressed his appreciation to PT Timah for its assistance and support in the Village Level MTQ activities carried out.
"Representing the Subdistrict Government and the Sawang community, I would like to express my thanks to PT Timah for its attention and support for the activities we are carrying out," he said.
Azman said that so far the company has helped many community activities. So they feel real.
"Indirectly, the company has made a real contribution that is felt by society," he said.
Meanwhile, the Chair of MTQ Activities at the Sawang Laut Village Level, Amran, said he was very happy with PT Timah's assistance.
"With assistance from the company, the activities we carry out can run smoothly. Thank you to PT Timah for the assistance that has been provided so that the MTQ activities we carry out can run well," he said.
"So far, the company has helped the community in West Kundur a lot, both through programs that build the community's economy and other assistance. We always pray that in the future PT Timah can continue to exist and develop so that it can continue to contribute to the community," he continued.
Meanwhile, West Kundur Subdistrict Head Yusufian expressed his appreciation to PT Timah for always showing concern and contribution to community activities in the West Kundur area.
"On behalf of the West Kundur District Government, I would like to express my gratitude for the assistance and support that the company always provides.
