PANGKALPINANG -- President Director of PT Timah, Ahmad Dani Virsal spurred the enthusiasm of Timah's people to be able to support improving the company's performance in the Town Hall with the Directors, Employees, and Subsidiaries of PT Timah Tbk which took place in a hybrid manner from Graha Timah Pangkalpinang, Monday (10/6/2024 ).
Ahmad Dani Virsal accompanied by Production Operations Director Nur Adi Kuncoro, HR Director Hendra Kusuma Wardana and Business Development Director Dicky Octa Zahriadi as well as Finance and Management Director Fina Eliani who were present virtually invited Timah's people to continue to synergize and collaborate to achieve the company's performance targets.
On this occasion, the Managing Director also conveyed the company's performance achievements in the first five months of 2024. To date, PT Timah is still posting positive performance.
He hopes that with the innovation and creativity possessed by PT Timah employees, PT Timah's performance will improve so that it can contribute more optimally to society, the Nation, and the State.
"There are many things we should be grateful for, our performance has been positive for the past five months. We just have to carry out and execute the pathway that we have agreed to in the 2024 RKAP," he said.
Ahmad Dani Virsal also continues to innovate in evaluating work effectiveness, making efficiencies throughout the company's business chain so that it can contribute positively to improving company performance.
"We face many challenges but don't see them as challenges but as opportunities for us to continue to develop. We must have an Agile spirit towards all changes so we can seize various opportunities, be responsive to challenges, and be smart at work," he said.
He also reminded Timah people to continue to synergize and collaborate with the community and stakeholders.
Welcoming PT Timah's 48th anniversary in August, the Managing Director invited Timah's people to carry out various innovative and inspiring activities whose benefits can be felt directly by the community. (*)
