TANJUNG BATU -- PT Timah's Micro, Small Business (PUMK) Funding Program has provided benefits to MSMEs in the Company's operational areas. The reason is, they can develop their business.
This is what Rusmaliza, a resident of Batu Lima, Tanjung Batu Barat Village, Kundur District, expressed, who mentioned the many benefits she felt from the PT Timah PUMK Program for the progress of her business.
Rusmaliza said that with PT Timah's PUMK program, she could develop her grocery store business. Currently, the grocery store can meet various consumer needs.
"My business can develop like this because of the support of PT Timah's PUMK program,
"In the past, the basic food shop that I ran was not able to meet the needs of the people around me because of limited capital," he said.
Before finding out about the PT Timah PUMK program, he admitted that he had tried to find information from various places, but because he felt it was too difficult, this desire was abandoned.
"I received socialization from the PUMK program at the District Office and after receiving the explanation I felt it was suitable and made it easier for me," he said.
He used the capital injection from PT Timah's PUMK program to increase the type of merchandise required to meet customer needs.
Not only necessities, he also added the types of goods he sells, namely electronic equipment, such as televisions, and others according to consumer needs.
