PT Timah's 48th Anniversary Mass Circumcision in Pangkalpinang, Chindra: Very Helpful to Residents

PANGKALPINANG -- Hundreds of children in Pangkalpinang took part in the mass circumcision held by PT Timah in the Month of Service ahead of PT Timah's 48th anniversary, Thursday (11/7/2024) at Graha Timah Pangkalpinang.

The children seemed enthusiastic about participating in the mass circumcision. Since morning it has been filling Graha Timah Pangkalpinang. They came accompanied by parents who were no less enthusiastic about re-registering their children in this activity.

One of the participating parents, Chindra, a resident of Gabek I Pangkalpinang, accompanied her 9-year-old child to take part in a mass circumcision during the month of service for PT Timah's 48th anniversary.

“My son has just entered grade 3 at elementary school, he asked to be circumcised. "Moreover, PT Timah is safe and free," he said.

According to him, the implementation of mass circumcision at PT Timah is highly anticipated by parents, because it can help reduce costs.

"I am very grateful to PT Timah, for helping children and mothers because they have limited funds to circumcise children. "If there are free things like this, it can help reduce costs," he said.

Chindra also prays and hopes that at the age of 48, he will be more successful and prosperous.

"Happy 48th anniversary PT Timah, I hope it will be more successful, and prosperous and can continue to implement better programs in the future."

Likewise, Subhan, a resident of Pagarawan Pal 9, Bangka Regency, thanked PT Timah for carrying out free mass circumcisions for local residents.

"Thank you PT Timah for carrying out this free mass circumcision. We are grateful, especially since this activity is good for helping poor people. "Hopefully on its 48th anniversary this year, PT Timah Jaya will continue to help the poor, nursing homes, and abandoned children," said the grandfather of one of the participants. (*)
