JAKARTA – PT TIMAH Tbk proudly secured the Top Digital Implementation 2024 award at the 2024 Top Digital Awards hosted by It Works magazine, earning a prestigious five-star level recognition.
Additionally, PT TIMAH's President Director, Ahmad Dani Virsal, was honored with the Top Leader on Digital Implementation 2024 award.
The awards were received by PT TIMAH Tbk's Department Head of ICT Services & Operations, Joko Haryono, at the Dian Ballroom, Raffles Hotel, Jakarta, on Thursday (December 5, 2024).
The Top Digital Awards, held annually since 2016, recognize companies or institutions in Indonesia that excel in utilizing digital technology.
This year’s theme, “Business Solutions, Generative AI, and Cyber Security for Excellence Business and Services,” emphasized the importance of digital innovation in enhancing business competitiveness.
During the judging session in November, PT TIMAH's Division Head of Information & Communication Technology presented the company’s success in implementing digitalization in offshore tin mining operations. These initiatives aim to achieve efficiency, effectiveness, and environmental sustainability.
Key digital systems include SIPRO, SIOPL (Marine IoT and TinfoDash for real-time monitoring and operational recording), SAP and TOP (financial, production, and digital payment integration), FMS and TEO (operational vehicle efficiency and internal administration), and TINS Cloud (secure private cloud data storage).
PT TIMAH also prioritizes cybersecurity through ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certification and advanced technology solutions.
