EAST BELITUNG - Through PT Timah Tbk's Micro Small Business Funding (PUMK) program, Sueb Haris's 3-kilogram LPG Gas Station has continued to thrive for five years.
The gas station is located in Kampong Arab 1, Manggar District, East Belitung, and has been operating since 2018.
According to Sueb Haris, they used to distribute kerosene, but when it was converted to gas, they became a 3-kilogram LPG gas station.
"Alhamdulillah, the business journey has been smooth with our intention to facilitate the community in obtaining gas," said Sueb Haris.
Sueb Haris explained that there were previous challenges regarding the supply of LPG gas, but currently, the gas supply has become smooth again.
"Our supply matches the quota; when it runs out and we order, the gas arrives promptly," he revealed.
Sueb Haris pointed out that the marketing of the gas meets the needs of the surrounding community, including SMEs.
"We are known in the community, and we are always available; when they come, three days later, it's already sold out," he explained.
He did not deny that the 3-kilogram gas business has grown and progressed thanks to the assistance of PT Timah Tbk's PUMK.
Starting from information from his friend that PT Timah Tbk facilitates SMEs in obtaining capital loans, he took advantage of this program.
"Alhamdulillah, the process at PT Timah Tbk is fast and uncomplicated," he said.
Sueb Haris then added that PT Timah Tbk's PUMK is very helpful and easy compared to other loans.
"PUMK is 10 times easier than other places; PT Timah Tbk's PUMK is easier, comfortable, and there is tolerance. Hopefully, PT Timah Tbk's PUMK continues to exist, and we can borrow again," he concluded."
