PT Timah Tbk Wins the Mitra Bakti Husada Award for the Implementation of Office K3 and Health Protocols from the Ministry of Health

JAKARTA – PT Timah Tbk won the Mitra Bakti Husada award in the Application of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) and Health Protocols in the Category of Agencies, BUMN and BUMD from the Ministry of Health.

This award was handed over by the Secretary General of the Ministry of Health Kunta Wibawa Dasa Nugraha to the General Manager of PT Timah Tbk for the Bangka Belitung Region, Robertus Bambang Susilo at the Mitra Bakti Husada Award Ceremony for the Implementation of GP2SP in Companies, Office K3 and AFDC, at the Auditorium Professor dr GA Siwabessy, Ministry of Health RI and also broadcast virtually, Monday (29/11/2021).

Secretary General of the Ministry of Health Kunta Wibawa Dasa Nugraha in his speech appreciated the agencies and companies that have played an active role in supporting health development in their respective fields.

“Congratulations to those who get the award, most of the companies have done it but you are the winners. The awarding of Mitra Bakti Husada in the context of the Implementation of Office K3 and Health Protocols, is an appreciation to companies and offices that have established various innovations, independence and active work in supporting active work in the development of the health sector," he said.

He added that this award is the result of the hard work of companies that have implemented K3 in the office environment, so that they can provide protection to the working community.

Chairman of the committee and Acting Director General of Public Health, drg Kartini Rustandi said, for Office K3 Assessment and Health Protocol Implementation, 604 institutions from 31 provinces were participated which were divided into three categories. PT Timah Tbk won this award in the categories of Agencies, BUMN and BUMD.

"This award is a series of commemorations of the 57th Health Day in 2021, and is an appreciation from the Ministry of Health to offices and institutions that have provided health protection for workers," he said. (**)
