PANGKALPINANG – In support of the community's religious and social activities, PT TIMAH assisted with the renovation of Nurul Hibah Mosque, located in Parit Lalang Subdistrict, Rangkui District, Pangkalpinang City, on Monday (November 18, 2024).
The assistance for places of worship is part of PT TIMAH's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program, which aims to support religious activities and youth development in the surrounding communities.
“We hope this assistance will benefit the community and serve as a lasting charitable deed for PT TIMAH Tbk. May the company continue to thrive and contribute positively to society,” said Irwansyah, a Nurul Hibah Mosque Council (DKM) representative.
Irwansyah emphasized that Nurul Hibah Mosque functions as a place of worship and as a center for Islamic education and youth activities in the local community.
“With this renovation, we hope the mosque can better serve the needs of the community,” he added.
Previously, PT TIMAH has consistently provided assistance to improve the infrastructure of places of worship in its operational areas.
