EAST BELITUNG - PT Timah Tbk is supporting the East Belitung Scout Branch in the XI National Jamboree in 2022.
The issuer with the code TINS ??helped dispatch a contingent of the Beltim Scout Kwarcab to join the National Jamboree some time go.
The head of the East Belitung Scout Kwarcab, Amrizal, said they submitted a proposal to PT Timah Tbk to support them in joining the national agenda.
"So yesterday the aid was used to go and camp equipment at National Jamboree," said Amrizal.
According to Amrizal, National Jamboree activities are held every four years in Jakarta. They sent a men's team and a women's team consisting of junior high school students in East Belitung.
Because, East Belitung always regularly participates in National Jamboree, and always sends their scout members.
"We selected yesterday, that's what we sent, we are sorry if we don't include them in National Jamboree," he explained.
Therefore, Amrizal thanked PT Timah Tbk for supporting them to take part in National Jamboree 2022.
"Thank you for helping the kwarcab Beltim participate in National Jamboree Nasional in Jakarta," he said.
Amrizal explained, scouts are a place to instill character education in students, both elementary, junior high, and high school equivalents. Meanwhile, at school, it is a mandatory activity for students and students to participate in.
