“PT TIMAH Tbk leaders are born from a long process as miners who have been tested in the field. However, today, in addition to managing mining operations, we also have the added responsibility of generating profits and contributing foreign exchange earnings to the country. Take this opportunity to learn, because a leader must be able to set an example at the front,” Restu said.
Similarly, the Director of Human Resources of PT TIMAH Tbk, Ratih Mayasari, stated that the TINS Executive Leadership Program is designed to develop leaders who are not only technically competent in mining, but also capable of managing assets, operations, and business in an accountable manner.
“We hope this program will enhance competencies and deliver the best performance. The speakers we invited are not only strong in theory, but also proven in their respective fields, so they can provide inspiration for future leaders of PT TIMAH Tbk,” Ratih said.
She added that the program is part of the company’s long-term investment in building adaptive and competitive leadership.
“We hope the TINS Executive Leadership Program will help us create outstanding leaders from PT TIMAH Tbk,” she concluded. (*)
