PT Timah Tbk presents a replica of a hot air balloon which could become a new attraction for tourists and the public visiting this area.
So, this tourist spot in the East Belitung Bukit Samak Government Office area, apart from having natural beauty from a height, can also add creative photo spots.
The Regent of East Belitung, Burhanudin appreciated the assistance of PT Timah Tbk for its support for Beltim tourism, especially in Bukit Samak.
"We thank PT Timah Tbk, hopefully, this will become a new icon in Bukit Samak," said Burhanudin.
According to the regent, the hot air balloon replica is one of the attractions on Samak Hill.
He hopes that it can become a magnet for tourists, especially since all the photo spots are provided free of charge to the public.
"We also have to have new spots, so there are not only MSMEs but there are photo spots, so having hot air balloons will become an attraction," he explained.
The Regent said, that with the new photo spot, Samak Hill has become one of the tourist options in Beltim with the support of all parties including PT Timah Tbk.
"We hope that PT Timah Tbk will continue to encourage this for the progress of this tourism," he said.
Meanwhile, one of the visitors from Simpang Tiga, Selfie, said that he had visited Bukit Samak several times, and the replica of the hot air balloon was very good as a photo spot.
"This is extraordinary compared to before, now there is a lot of innovation here and there are lots of visitors," she said.
She expressed her appreciation to PT Timah Tbk for its commitment to supporting the progress of East Belitung tourism.
