PANGKALPINANG -- PT TIMAH Tbk continues to demonstrate its commitment to supporting improvements in community welfare through the implementation of various Social and Environmental Responsibility programs targeting a range of strategic sectors, including education, health, the economy, the environment, and social community development.
In the education sector, PT TIMAH Tbk actively provides support through educational scholarships, school facilities and infrastructure, as well as teacher training and capacity-building programs. Through the PT TIMAH Tbk Pemali Boarding School program, the company provides educational scholarships to 108 students studying at SMAN 1 Pemali.

Meanwhile, in the health sector, PT TIMAH Tbk routinely carries out free health services, medical assistance, support for stunting prevention, and health education for communities.
These programs aim to improve the overall quality of health and well-being of the community. In 2025, through the Mobile Health Unit (Mobil Sehat), PT TIMAH Tbk provided free health services to 7,114 residents.
In addition, PT TIMAH Tbk also encourages community economic empowerment through the coaching and development of fostered MSME partners. In 2025, through the Micro and Small Business Funding Program (PUMK), PT TIMAH Tbk supported capital financing for 117 MSMEs to enable them to continue growing.
Beyond capital support, PT TIMAH Tbk has also provided skills training, business mentoring, and facilitated the promotion of MSME products so they can grow independently and sustainably.
In the environmental sector, PT TIMAH Tbk consistently implements tree planting programs, rehabilitation of degraded land, and conservation of coastal and marine ecosystems together with community groups through fishing ground and coral garden activities.
Furthermore, PT TIMAH Tbk also supports social and community activities, such as disaster response assistance, as well as support for religious activities, including infrastructure improvements and the construction of houses of worship.
PT TIMAH Tbk also plays an active role in supporting the preservation of local culture, including traditions and local wisdom such as perang ketupat, the lampu colok tradition, nujuh jerami, and various other community cultural activities.
The company also supports the agricultural sector to strengthen food security. In 2025, PT TIMAH Tbk provided agricultural facilities and infrastructure assistance to farmer groups in the Bangka Belitung Islands Province and the Riau Islands Province.
