PANGKALPINANG -- PT TIMAH Tbk held a Board of Directors Farewell and Welcome Ceremony to welcome the appointment of the new Human Resources Director of PT TIMAH Tbk, Ratih Mayasari, who was appointed at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) on December 17, 2025, replacing Andi Seto Gadhista Asapa.
The farewell and welcome event, which took place at Graha Timah Pangkalpinang on Monday (January 26, 2026), was held in a warm and friendly atmosphere. The event was attended by the President Commissioner of PT TIMAH Tbk, Agus Rohman; Independent Commissioners M. Hita Tunggal and Yuslih Ihza Mahendra; President Director of PT TIMAH Tbk, Restu Widiyantoro; along with the Board of Directors and employees of PT TIMAH Tbk.
On this occasion, President Commissioner of PT TIMAH Tbk, Agus Rohman, expressed his appreciation for the dedication of Andi Seto Gadhista Asapa, who had carried out his duties at PT TIMAH Tbk and contributed to improving the company’s performance.
He also warmly welcomed the new Human Resources Director of PT TIMAH Tbk, Ratih Mayasari, who has begun carrying out her duties at PT TIMAH Tbk and working together to enhance the company’s performance.
“As a commissioner, I am certainly proud of the presence of a new person bringing a new perspective. I am confident that with Mrs. Ratih’s experience, she will be able to work together to lead PT TIMAH Tbk in achieving the predetermined targets. I would also like to thank Mr. Seto for his time and contributions to the company,” he said.
President Director of PT TIMAH Tbk, Restu Widiyantoro, also shared his reflections on the sense of togetherness with Human Resources Director Andi Seto Gadhista Asapa, who had worked alongside PT TIMAH Tbk in carrying out shared responsibilities.
“Thank you, Mr. Seto. We wish you continued success in your new position and hope you can do even more for the nation and the state. Please do not forget us, as we remain one family. We also welcome our new Human Resources Director, Mrs. Ratih. Hopefully, we can all achieve our targets and implement government programs so that we may serve the nation and the state,” he said.
On the same occasion, Andi Seto Gadhista Asapa, who attended virtually, expressed his pride in being part of the PT TIMAH Tbk family.
“PT TIMAH is a place that has given me many experiences. During my six months at PT TIMAH Tbk, I joined at a time when the company was facing many challenges, ranging from increasing production to illegal mining. However, thanks to cooperation with the Board of Directors and Commissioners, I received good news that tin profits were better than last year. I pray that PT TIMAH Tbk will continue to grow stronger and more successful,” he said.
Meanwhile, Human Resources Director of PT TIMAH Tbk, Ratih Mayasari, stated that she hopes her presence will provide optimal contributions in supporting the achievement of PT TIMAH Tbk’s performance.
