WEST BANGKA -- In commemoration of RI's 78th Anniversary, the Belo Laut Youth Forum (FPBL) will hold a series of events in Belo Laut Village. To support this activity, PT Timah Tbk handed over assistance to FPBL.
This assistance from PT Timah Tbk was handed over by PPM staff of PT Timah Tbk Marjuki to Deputy Chairperson of FPBL Andrio Saputra accompanied by FBL member Sawinda Sawinda at the Unmet CSR office, Tuesday (25/7/2023).
Chairman of the Belo Laut Youth Forum Andrio Saputra (24) said that in commemoration of the 78th Indonesian Independence Day, the Belo Laut youth will carry out activities and competitions.
"Several activities will be carried out by the Belo Laut youth, such as art competitions, gaple competitions and Casual walks. The activities are carried out in order to commemorate the 78th Anniversary of Indonesian Independence," he said.
He said PT Timah Tbk often helps Belo Laut village in various activities.
"So far we know that PT Timah often helps Belo Laut village. But this is the first time FPBL has collaborated with PT Timah Tbk. Thanks to PT Timah, I hope PT Tbk Timah will be more victorious and successful, continuing to help Belo Laut youth activities," he said.
Similarly, FPBL Member Sawinda (23) said PT Timah Tbk's assistance was useful for FPBL activities
"PT Timah's assistance is of course useful in organizing activities to commemorate RI's 78th Anniversary which was held by FPBL. We Belo Laut youth would like to thank PT Timah for supporting our activities," he said.
Meanwhile, Chairman of the West Bangka KNPI Riandi appreciated PT Timah Tbk's assistance to the Belo Laut Youth Forum.
"PT Timah has shown its concern for the Belo Laut youth, we appreciate the assistance from PT Timah Tbk and hope that the Belo Laut youth can contribute and care for the existence of PT Timah," said Riandi.
