PANGKALPINANG -- PT TIMAH Tbk, together with its subsidiaries, once again held an Ecumenical Christmas Celebration, which took place solemnly at Graha Timah on Saturday, January 10, 2026. The event served as a momentum to strengthen the values of togetherness, spirituality, and social care within the company.
This year’s Ecumenical Christmas carried the theme “God Is Present to Save the Family,” inspired by Matthew 1:21–24. The celebration was attended by PT Timah Tbk Director of Operations Handy Geniardi, Commissioner Rizani Usman, the management of the TIMAH and Subsidiaries Christian Employees Fellowship (PKKT-AP), representatives of the PT TIMAH Tbk Labor Union, retirees, and employees from various operational areas.
The series of activities began with a joint Christmas worship service, followed by choir performances and entertainment that added to the festive atmosphere. The sense of togetherness grew stronger through a door prize distribution involving the extended family of PT Timah Tbk.
As a tangible expression of social concern, PT TIMAH Tbk also distributed assistance to several churches in the company’s operational areas. The assistance was provided to GPIB Pelkes Pelita Congregation Church in Tempilang, West Bangka; GKPI Konghin Church in Central Bangka; GPdI Jalan Laut Church in Sungailiat, Bangka Regency; Presbyterian Missi Indonesia Church (GPMI) in Sawang; Pentecostal Bakit Church in West Bangka; and GKIK Gantung Church in East Belitung Regency.
Chairperson of the Ecumenical Christmas Committee, Yoce Yolanda, stated that the Christmas celebration serves as a source of strength and renewed hope for all members of the company.
“The theme ‘God Is Present to Save the Family’ reminds us that God’s presence always provides hope, strength, and encouragement, both within our families and in our togetherness as the people of PT Timah Tbk. Through this celebration, may our brotherhood grow stronger and may we be empowered to continue working wholeheartedly for the progress of the company,” she said.
Meanwhile, Chairman of PKKT-AP Risal B. Mangontan expressed appreciation for the full support of management for the Ecumenical Christmas celebration, which has been held regularly since 2013. He also conveyed employees’ aspirations for the Christmas celebration to be included in the company’s official agenda in the future.
“We are grateful for the support of the Board of Directors, which has enabled this Christmas celebration involving all operational areas to be carried out successfully. Merry Christmas 2025 and Happy New Year 2026. May God bless us all,” he said.

Unity of purpose and strong family character will strengthen the company in achieving its targets and creating positive impacts,” he said.
Closing the series of events, PT TIMAH Tbk Commissioner Rizani Usman expressed appreciation for the company’s solidarity and performance throughout 2025.
“I see extraordinary solidarity among all Timah personnel. The company’s financial performance in 2025 was very strong thanks to the dedication of all employees, both organic staff and partners. Regardless of our backgrounds, we are one as the people of PT Timah Tbk. May in 2026 the company become even stronger and more sustainable,” he emphasized.
Through this Ecumenical Christmas Celebration, PT Timah Tbk reaffirmed its commitment to continuously fostering spiritual values, togetherness, and social care as a foundation for facing challenges and realizing a better future for the company. (*)
