PT Timah Ramadan Safari on Belitung Island, Sharing Happiness with the Samsul Arifin Islamic Boarding School

EAST BELITUNG – Momentum of the Month of Ramadan 1445 H, PT Timah again carried out the annual Ramadan Safari activity which was held in the Company's Operational Area.

Entitled 'Ramadan Harmony, Knitting Unity, and Sharing Happiness', the first Ramadan Safari was held at PT Timah's Belitung Operations Regional Office in Lenggang Village, Gantung District, East Belitung Regency, Bangka Belitung Islands Province, Monday (19/03/24).

PT Timah's Ramadan Safari activity was also attended by the President Director of PT Timah Ahmad Dani Virsal and the Director of Production Operations Nur Adi Kuncoro.

Apart from building relationships, PT Timah's Ramadan Safari also provides social assistance to the community. One of them is helping the Samsul Arifin Islamic Boarding School.

Chairman of the Islamic Boarding School's Guardians Samsul Arifin, Nur Fitri Anzani said that her party was very grateful for the assistance from PT Timah.

"Alhamdullilah, this assistance is certainly very useful for our students, because the assistance will support teaching and learning activities at the Samsul Arifin Islamic Boarding School," he said.

In the future, he hopes that members of the MIND ID PT Timah Mining Industry Holding can continue to participate in developing and improving the quality of education for students.

"We have high hopes for PT Timah Tbk to continue to stay in touch with us not only here, but in various activities at the Samsul Arifin Islamic Boarding School. "Apart from that, we also hope that there will be foster parents at the Samsul Arifin Islamic Boarding School," he said.

He appreciated PT Timah's consistency in assisting people in need.
