PANGKALPINANG -- PT TIMAH Tbk continues to leverage digital transformation to expand its social and economic impact on the community. One of these efforts includes providing digital promotional space for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through the company’s social media platforms to help broaden the market reach of local products.
During the holy month of Ramadan 1447 Hijri, PT TIMAH Tbk has once again introduced Lapak TINS to promote MSME products free of charge.
This digital promotion program has become one of the company’s strategies to support MSME growth. Through Lapak TINS, PT TIMAH Tbk actively promotes MSME products at no cost via its official social media channels, particularly its Instagram account, @officialtimah, which is followed by tens of thousands of users.
Lapak TINS serves as a free digital promotional platform that allows MSMEs to introduce their products through Instagram Story features at no charge.
The program is part of the company’s commitment to encouraging local economic growth while expanding market access for small businesses.
Department Head of Corporate Communication at PT TIMAH, Anggi Siahaan, said that Ramadan is a strategic period for MSMEs to expand their market through digital promotion.
This marks the third year that Lapak TINS has been organized by PT TIMAH Tbk, following last year’s successful promotion of various MSME products through the company’s Instagram platform.
“With digital promotional support, we hope MSMEs can reach more customers, not only locally but across Indonesia,” Anggi said.
The MSME product promotions through PT TIMAH’s Instagram will run throughout Ramadan, from February 19 to March 14, 2026.
For MSME owners interested in receiving free promotion through PT TIMAH Tbk’s Instagram account @officialtimah, the company is opening opportunities for businesses from various regions to participate in the program in accordance with the established requirements.
Through Lapak TINS, PT TIMAH Tbk hopes that local MSME products will gain wider recognition and be able to increase sales during Ramadan, which is widely known as a peak consumer spending period.
