WEST BANGKA -- PT Timah Tbk again handed over medical assistance to West Bangka residents. This time, PT Timah Tbk helped Leni Noviani, resident of Hamlet 2 Menggarau, Peradong Village, Simpang Teritip District, West Bangka Regency.
Leni who is currently pregnant suffers from heart disease. Leni's husband's job as a casual laborer makes it difficult for them to treat Leni.
Leni's parents-in-law, when receiving assistance from PT Timah, told Leni's condition according to the doctor that she had to undergo surgery. However, because Leni was still pregnant, the family postponed the operation.
"Leni's condition collapses if she walks far, Leni's husband postpones the operation for fear of the safety of Leni's child. Leni is currently undergoing alternative medicine in Dalil village," he said.
She is grateful that Leni received help from PT Timah Tbk so that she can help with her daughter-in-law's medical expenses.
"We can only say thank you and pray that God will repay PT Timah's kindness," said Romlah.
Meanwhile, the Head of Peradong Village Haidir Maulana expressed his appreciation for PT Timah's concern for its residents.
"Thank you to PT Timah for helping our resident Leni. Hopefully, this assistance will be useful for Leni," he said.
