TANGERANG - PT Timah Tbk presents hundreds of Foster Partner products in the Bangka Belitung Special Local Product MSME Bazaar which was held at Terminal 3 of Soekarno Hatta International Airport.
The MSME Bazaar, which is a collaboration of PT Timah Tbk and PT Angkasa Pura II, starts from 2 to 28 February 2023 and involves 35 Development Partners who are members of the Sebalai Serumpun Gallery and the Belitung BUMN House.
This member of the Indonesian MIND ID Mining Holding in this Bazaar promotes around a hundred foster partner products such as crafts, food and fashion, accessories, batik, and eco prints from fostered partners PT Timah Tbk and fostered partners of PT Angkasa Pura 2 Depat Amir Airport at the National Outlet stand.
The Acting Governor of Bangka Belitung, Ridwan Djamaluddin, opened this activity directly, Main Director of Angkasa Pura II Muhammad Awaluddin, and the Director of Human Resources of PT Timah Tbk Yennita.
Ridwan Djamaludin said this activity was something very extraordinary because it could effectively promote MSME products and introduce Bangka Belitung to visitors at Soekarno Hatta Airport.
"From our efforts to help MSMEs in Bangka Belitung, I think this is the one that kicks the most. Of course this is extraordinary, because we used to imagine how to be effective and also kick-ass to lift MSMEs and tourism. Imagine if we had to rent this place for one month How much do we have to pay?", Ridwan said.
"Now that we have been provided with a place, this is an extraordinary collaboration, and don't waste this opportunity," he continued. He also really appreciates the collaboration carried out by PT Timah Tbk and PT Angkasa Pura II. And will make the best use of this moment, to promote Bangka Belitung.

From now on we will make efforts to enliven this place by gathering community friends to introduce Bangka Belitung customs and culture, one of which is by holding activities with rhymes that Of course, wear our traditional clothes," he said.
Apart from that, his party will also carry out a culinary parade typical of Bangka Belitung, because this cuisine from Bangka Belitung is famous for its delicacy as a way to introduce the potential of Bangka Belitung. "In fact, we will also hold an exhibition of the number 1 famous durian in the world, namely the Cumasi durian and super copper. We, the Provincial Government of the Bangka Belitung Islands, will take advantage of this good opportunity, as well as support. And we will also be proactive in this regard," Ridwan said.
Meanwhile, the Main Director of PT Angkasa Pura II, Muhammad Awaluddin said, his party was preparing terminal 3 to support promoting MSME products. "I think Terminal 3 of Soekarno Hatta Airport is our pride terminal, which we must involve MSME actors to make this terminal a potential or opportunity for these MSMEs to carry out activities at the airport," he said.
For this reason, his party supports government programs to improve the capabilities of MSMEs, such as the proud program made in Indonesia. The airport, he said, can also be used as an object to carry out various promotions.
"We dedicate this area to MSME actors so that MSMEs sell their products. We make this area, not just a place for people to drop off or pick up. But it becomes a social interaction that becomes a business value and of course encourages economic activity, especially the economy. MSMEs in Indonesia," said Awaluddin.
Awaluddin said, through the Gerai Nusantara program they would introduce MSME products from various provinces in Indonesia. Where every month the MSMEs participating in this activity are different.
"Hopefully this can continue, not only in Jakarta, but also airports in Bangka and Belitung, as well as in other areas which we will continue to push for," he said.
Likewise, the Human Resources Director of PT Timah Tbk, Yennit also appreciated the collaboration carried out by Angkasa Pura II with PT Timah Tbk to promote the products of PT Timah Tbk's fostered partners and Bangka Belitung MSMEs.
"We are very lucky to be able to collaborate with Angkasa Pura II, where we also have a gallery at Depati Amir Airport. Hopefully what we are doing today can make products from Bangka Belitung better known to the Indonesian people," he said.
Yennita said, currently there are around 4,000 MSMEs that are fostered partners of PT Timah Tbk. According to Yennita, this exhibition is one of PT Timah Tbk's efforts so that the fostered partners can upgrade their classes.
PT Timah Tbk, said Yennita, continues to encourage and assist the fostered partners so they can penetrate the export market. Various efforts such as training and coaching have also been carried out by PT Timah Tbk.
