BEKASI — PT Timah Karya Persada Properti (TKPP), a subsidiary of PT Timah, continues to make strides in providing quality housing for the community. This time, TKPP has launched its newest residential development, Cluster Alexandrite.
The inauguration of Cluster Alexandrite was attended by PT Timah Tbk’s Director of Business Development, Suhendra Yusuf Prawiranegara, and President Director of PT TKPP, Abdul Kamaroes. The event was held on Friday (May 16, 2025) in a strategic area in the city of Bekasi.
Cluster Alexandrite is the 9th cluster developed by TKPP, built on a 176-hectare plot designed as an independent residential area. TKPP has previously successfully sold eight clusters, indicating strong public interest in the quality of TKPP’s products.
Cluster Alexandrite is developed with the concept of “Beauty of Balance” and features Modern European architectural design. The housing area offers a child-friendly environment, green open spaces, jogging tracks, a clubhouse, and 24-hour security, with five types of residential units available.
Suhendra Yusuf Ratuprawiranegara, Director of Business Development at PT Timah Tbk, stated that the housing projects developed by PT TKPP are part of the effort to support the "3 Million Houses" program initiated by President Prabowo’s administration.
“The launch of the Cluster by PT TKPP today is very encouraging, as it contributes to the success of the 3 Million Houses program, a priority initiative introduced by President Prabowo. With the cluster launched today, and more to come in the future, PT TKPP will help reduce the housing backlog in Indonesia,” he said.
He added that the launch of Cluster Alexandrite reflects TKPP’s commitment to delivering high-quality housing.
“PT Timah through TKPP continues to improve, transform, and innovate to earn consumer trust and demonstrate the quality of the company's developments,” he stated.
Looking ahead, Suhendra expressed his hope that TKPP will continue to develop new high-quality housing projects for the public.
“Building a quality residential cluster is not an easy task. It requires thorough planning, a clear vision, hard work, and strong commitment to deliver the best. From 2017 until now, PT TKPP has successfully developed and delivered 1,800 houses and commercial units,” he noted.
Meanwhile, Abdul Kamaroes, President Director of PT TKPP, in his speech stated that TKPP is a subsidiary of PT Timah operating in the real estate sector, offering high-quality products.
“Timah Properti offers products not just to build housing or commercial areas, but to create quality living spaces, support local economic growth, and provide added value for the community,” he said.
“The property sector plays a strategic role in driving national economic growth. Timah Properti will continue to develop a sustainable and integrated real estate portfolio,” he added.
The launch of Cluster Alexandrite is expected to be not only a business achievement but also a source of added value for the community and a contribution to sustainable development in Indonesia.(*)
