BELITUNG TIMUR -- PT Timah Tbk Health Car provides free health services for the people of East Belitung during the Health Week activities at Nyiur Melambai Beach, East Belitung, Sunday (20/8/2023).
The presence of the Healthy Car was immediately used by Healthy Week participants and local residents who wanted to get free health services from PT Timah Tbk.
One of the residents who utilize health services at PT Timah Tbk's Health Car, Siti Rokiah (85), a resident of RT 02, Dusun Sawah, Lalang Village, said that the Health Car eases the burden on people who want treatment.
"This Healthy Car eases the burden on the community because it's free, medication, health checks, and other things are all free of charge," he said.
The retired wife of PT Timah Tbk hopes that PT Timah Tbk will again implement Healthy Cars in their area.
"The Healthy Car Program can be healthy for the community. We hope PT Timah here can implement it once a month. We are well served in the Healthy Car," he explained.
In the same vein, Asnawi (65) said PT Timah's healthy cars often visit East Belitung residents. He uses a healthy car to check his health.
"I often see the Health Car coming to East Belitung residents. Here for the second time. Incidentally, it was at PT Timah Tbk's activities, so it took advantage of blood pressure checks as well as treatment," he said.
Meanwhile, East Belitung Regent Burhanudin said the program. PT Timah Tbk's Healthy Car has been integrated with local government programs.
"PT Timah's Health Car activities are aligned and integrated with government programs. PT Timah always contributes to helping people's welfare," he said. (**)
