WEST BANGKA --- PT Timah Tbk is committed to continuing to maintain and preserve the local culture that lives in the company's operational areas. This commitment has been manifested, among others, in the company's support for the 'Sedekah Kapong Kundi Bersatu' activity in West Bangka Regency on 3-4 September 2023.
Alms Kapong Kundi Bersatu is an annual routine agenda that is carried out and has various series of activities. PT Timah Tbk also often becomes a sponsor in this community preservation activity.
The Alms Kapong Kundi Bersatu activity is held by a combination of three villages carried out from generation to generation as a form of community gratitude to God for the harvest they have given.
The Head of Bukit Terak Village, Romlan said, PT Timah Tbk supports the Alms Kapong Kundi Bersat tradition every year which Kundi Village, Bukit Terak Village, and Air Menduyung Village carry out.
