Momentum of School Holidays, PT Timah Tbk's Community Service Month Mass Circumcision Activity was Attacked by Matras Residents

SUNGAILIAT – The Mass Circumcision which was held in the context of the Month of Service to welcome PT Timah's 48th anniversary was held at the same time as the school holidays. So many people do not miss this opportunity to participate in circumcising their children.

Mass circumcision activities during PT Timah's Month of Service were also held at the Bangka Citra Lestari Building, Matras Village, Sungailiat District, Bangka Regency, Tuesday (09/07/24).

A total of 138 children participated in the mass circumcision, where on average the children circumcised were elementary school age children.

Apart from that, this circumcision activity is also an activity that parents look forward to when circumcising their children.

Jupri (48), a resident of the Kampung Jawa neighborhood, Sungailiat City, said that he was greatly helped by PT Timah's Month of Service activities.

"Alhamdulillah, I am very grateful to PT Timah, because today I can circumcise my child during PT Timah's Month of Service activities," he said.

According to him, the intention to circumcise my child was already there. However, he was grateful that his desire for mass circumcision coincided with PT Timah's Month of Service activities, so he could circumcise his child for free.

"External circumcision costs money and with the current conditions, it is very difficult for us to do it. It really helped us," said Jupri.

Likewise, Suryanto (37), a resident of Matras, is also very grateful for this activity, because, in the current difficult economic conditions, he can circumcise his child for free.

“Thank God, today I can circumcise my child in this activity. With the current economic conditions being quite difficult, it is absolutely impossible for us to carry out circumcisions outside. "We are very grateful to PT Timah for organizing this activity, and we really feel the benefits," he said. (*)
