GESIT itself has two programs, namely Let's Move (Mager) and Let's Ideal (MAIL).
It is hoped that the Mager program can encourage Timah people to be more active in activities in an easy way, namely increasing daily steps by at least 5,000 steps in the first stage for 2 months for initial habituation and 7,000 steps in the next stage by joining the GESIT group on the PACER application.
According to several research literature, walking has many benefits for the body, such as reducing the risk of heart disease, reducing the risk of stroke, reducing dementia, and reducing the risk of mental stress.
Meanwhile, Mari IdeaL is PT Timah's effort to encourage Timah people to maintain an ideal body weight and avoid obesity.
Obesity can be controlled by maintaining body weight according to height based on BMI (Asia Pacific) calculations. Mari IdealL will be a complementary program for you to achieve better health.
