This Disclosure of Information was prepared in order to comply with Bapepam and LK Regulation No. VI.C.4 concerning General Provisions and Debt Securities Trustee Contracts, Appendix Decision of the Chairman of Bapepam and LK No. KEP-412/BL/2010 YEAR 2010 (“Regulation No. VI.C.4”) and Financial Services Authority (“OJK”) Regulation No. 31/POJK.04/2015 concerning Disclosure On Information or Material Facts by Issuers or Public Companies (“OJK Regulation No. 31/2015”)
On 23 April 2020, OJK Regulation No. 20/POJK.04/2020 concerning Trustee Contracts of Debt Securities and/or Sukuk (“OJK Regulation No. 20/2020”) has been promulgated and Regulation No. VI.C.4 is revoked and declared invalid. However, referring to article 30 of OJK Regulation No. 20/2020, Trustee Contract made by the Trustee and has been submitted to the Financial Services Authority in the context of the Registration Statement of debt securities and/or Sukuk prior to OJK Regulation No. 20/2020 comes into effect, stay tuned provisions as regulated in Regulation no. VI.C.4.
