The trainer for the Indonesian Soft Tennis Team sport, Prima Simpatiaji, and also one of the players for the Men's Team Soft Tennis Team, Sunu Wahyu Trijati, is an employee of PT Timah Tbk.
Their success in making the Indonesian nation proud cannot be separated from the team's efforts and hard work and the strategy chosen by the coach. According to Prima and Sunu, this cannot be separated from the support of PT Timah Tbk.
Prima said that the Men's Team Soft Tennis Team was very grateful to be able to bring home a gold medal. Because the previous Sea Games could only get bronze. The results they achieved were inseparable from the preparations they had made for a long time.
Prima, started his career as a tennis athlete, and at the end of his retirement, he started to try soft tennis because it was interesting, and also had opportunities in multi-events such as the SEA Games and ASEAN Games.
He said PT Timah Tbk really supports them as athletes and coaches. So this also has an impact on their performance.
"The support and support from PT Timah Tbk is extraordinary, both in terms of moral support and in preparation we need training time and PT Timah Tbk provides that support so that we can fully concentrate on preparing for the Sea Games," said the employee in charge of the Govrel Sector, Company secretary.

A similar sentiment was conveyed by Sunu Wahyu Trijati who also appreciated PT Timah Tbk's support, both from the Board of Directors and employees who have supported him as a soft tennis athlete.
"Alhamdulillah, I feel very happy to be able to present a gold medal for Indonesia. Of course, this cannot be separated from the support of all parties," he said.
The man who has been involved in tennis since he was five years old admits that at first it was not intentional and after a while, he liked this sport so he could become an athlete.
He feels lucky, even though being an employee of PT Timah Tbk does not hinder his career as a tennis athlete. He was even supported to take part in various championships.
"Alhamdulillah, PT Timah has supported me by giving me the convenience and dispensation permission to participate in training and national training. I also usually practice before and after working hours. But during Pelatnas I am given dispensation to take part in full national training," he said.
He also hopes that later he can continue to have a career and also become an athlete so that he can continue to make Indonesia proud and PT Timah Tbk can continue to support them. (*)
