The handover of New Students of the PT Timah Tbk Scholarship Class Program at SMAN 1 Pemali for the 2023/2024 Academic Year was also attended by the Head of the CSR Division of PT Timah Tbk Ebbi Wibisana, students, parents of students, representatives from SMAN 1 Pemali and hostel administrators.
PT Timah Tbk this year accepted 36 students who will study at SMAN 1 Pemali through the PT Timah Tbk Scholarship Class Program. These dozens of students came from various districts in the Bangka Belitung Islands Province, Karimun Regency, and Meranti Regency.

Meanwhile, the Head of PT Timah Tbk's CSR Division, Ebbi Wibisana, said that this year's PT Timah Tbk scholarship class program was attended by 257 applicants. The enthusiasm of the participants to take part in this program continues to increase every year.
"Young brothers and sisters at this place, later you will take part in various coaching programs such as coaching leadership, discipline, academics, spirituality, language skills, further education coaching, and other lessons to improve students' soft skills," he said.
Furthermore, Ebbi said that this was just the first step for students to fight for the goals they had achieved. So that students are asked to study diligently and keep their motivation in studying.

A student's parents, Aulia Akbar (39), a resident of Toboali, South Bangka, said that they fully support their child in achieving his goals.
