SAWANG -- To improve the skills of scout members on Kundur Island, PT TIMAH TBK supports Scout Camp activities at SMA Negeri 4 Kundur Barat.
The activity which lasted for three days was attended by all Scouts from SMA, SMK, and MA throughout Kundur Island, Belat, and Ungar.
The Chairperson of the Event, Muhammad Nur, who is also the Scoutmaster of SMA Negeri 4 Kundur Barat, appreciated PT TIMAH Tbk for supporting this activity.
"We as the Activity Committee would like to thank PT TIMAH for assisting the event committee so that it can run smoothly and successfully," he said.
He said that in this activity several competitions were held aimed at honing the skills and cooperation of the scout members.
The competitions held were archery, pioneering, cubits, rigging, scout chef, performing art festival, and tent curves.
"So it is hoped that fellow students and scout members on Kundur Island can maintain unity," he said.
He hopes this activity can later become an annual agenda for Scouts on Kundur Island.
