Ideal Housing for Young Families, PT Timah Karya Persada Properti Launches Nawasena Cluster, a Modern Eco-Living Residence Starting from the $600,000 Range (IDR 600 Million)

BEKASI -- PT Timah Karya Persada Properti (TKPP), a subsidiary of PT TIMAH (Persero) Tbk, has officially launched its newest residential cluster, Nawasena, during the Grand Launching event held at the Familia Urban area in Mustikasari, Mustika Jaya District, Bekasi City, on Wednesday (April 15, 2026).

The launch of this new cluster marks a strategic step by TKPP to strengthen its property business portfolio while reaffirming its commitment to providing modern, affordable, environmentally friendly housing with strong investment value for the community.

Nawasena Cluster is the 10th cluster developed by TKPP within the self-contained township of Familia Urban, which spans approximately 176 hectares. Its development continues the success of previous clusters that have been sold out, reflecting the company’s optimism regarding the growth of the property market in Bekasi and surrounding areas.

As a developer, TKPP continues to promote an integrated modern residential concept that combines housing, commercial areas, and public open spaces. The target market is young families and millennials who seek homes that prioritize connectivity, comfort, and accessibility.

Familia Urban itself is designed as a walkable neighborhood, where various facilities can be reached within a radius of approximately 800 meters or a 10-minute walk.

This concept is further strengthened by the implementation of sustainability principles, such as energy efficiency, environmentally friendly drainage systems, and the provision of green parks as part of a healthy and comfortable living environment.

TKPP Commissioner, Luh Nyoman Puspa Dewi, stated that the launch of Nawasena Cluster is part of the company’s strategy to deliver value-added housing.

“Nawasena Cluster represents PT TIMAH (Persero) Tbk’s commitment through Timah Properti to continue developing residential areas that offer added value, not only in terms of the product itself but also in improving the quality of life for the community. We see that the demand for modern, integrated, and environmentally friendly housing continues to grow, and Nawasena is our answer to that need,” she said.

Inspired by the meaning of the word “Nawasena,” which signifies a bright future, the cluster is designed with modern architecture that emphasizes clean design lines, natural lighting, optimal air circulation, and efficient spatial planning. Each unit in Nawasena Cluster is created to provide a warm, functional, and elegant living experience, serving as a space for today’s families to grow.

TKPP Director, Candra Hadiqadriman, emphasized that the development of this cluster focuses not only on visual design but also on meeting the needs of modern families.

“We are offering homes that are not only visually appealing but also comfortable, functional, environmentally friendly, and have strong investment value. We want to create houses that become places to grow, to build stories, and to start a brighter future for every family,” he said.

Nawasena Cluster is equipped with various facilities, including private toll access, communal spaces, jogging tracks, playgrounds, green open spaces, and a 24-hour security system with a gated cluster. In terms of connectivity, the area is linked to several major toll roads, such as Bekasi Timur Toll Road, Bekasi Barat Toll Road, Jatiasih Toll Road, and Tambun Toll Road.

The location is also strategic, as it is close to shopping centers and healthcare facilities, including Living World, Metropolitan Mall, Grand Metropolitan Mall, Summarecon Bekasi, Mitra Keluarga Bekasi Timur Hospital, Hermina Grand Wisata Hospital, and Permata Bekasi Hospital.

Nawasena Cluster offers two types of single-story homes: Type 5 with a building area of 36 square meters and land starting from 60 square meters, and Type 6 with a building area of 45 square meters and land starting from 72 square meters. Each unit features two bedrooms and one bathroom, with prices ranging from IDR 600 million to IDR 1 billion.

Head of Marketing and Promotion Division of TKPP, Suhendra Sanusi, expressed optimism that Nawasena Cluster will receive a positive response from the market.

“We are optimistic that this housing will be well received, especially by young families looking for modern homes in the Bekasi area,” he said.

As part of its environmental commitment, TKPP also held a program to plant 100 trembesi trees under the theme “Save Our Earth” at the Show Unit area of Cluster Alexandrite Familia Urban, Bekasi City.

Trembesi trees were chosen for their ability to absorb carbon dioxide and create a cooler environment, helping to improve environmental quality within the residential area. This initiative reflects the implementation of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles in the development of the area.

Through the launch of Nawasena Cluster, TKPP reaffirms its commitment to delivering quality, sustainable housing and creating comfortable, valuable living spaces for the people of Indonesia. (*)
