KUNDUR -- PT Timah again supports the activities of the Ramadhan 1445 Hijriah Islamic Boarding School which is carried out by the Al Inayah Mosque Prosperity Council (DKM) at the PT Timah Wilasi Kundur Complex which started on Monday (18/3/2024).
Hundreds of children take part in Ramadhan Islamic Boarding School activities which are held regularly every year with the support of PT Timah. The participants of this Ramadhan Islamic Boarding School range from PAUD to SMP.
The children seemed enthusiastic about participating in the Ramadhan Islamic Boarding School which had the theme 'KAFF RAMADHAN - Learning about Siroh and the Battle of Uhud'. Even though they are fasting, the children are still enthusiastic about learning.
Chairman of the Al Inyah Mosque Prosperity Council, Sawaluddin appreciated PT Timah for routinely supporting Ramadhan Islamic Boarding School activities and other religious activities.
"We are grateful to PT Timah Kundur Region who always supports this activity and the parents who also support so that this Ramadhan Islamic Boarding School can run well," he said.
Meanwhile, Hafizh Hartin (13), one of the participants who is in class I of junior high school, said that he was very happy to take part in this activity. In fact, he has attended the Ramadhan Islamic Boarding School since he was in elementary school.
According to him, Ramadhan Islamic Boarding School activities like this are very useful for increasing knowledge and knowledge about Islamic history, the struggle of the prophets and the prophet's friends in upholding the sentence of Tawheed which is full of sacrifice.
"Apart from that, there are many other activities such as studying the Koran and others," he said.
Chief Executive of the Al Inayah Mosque Ramadhan Islamic Boarding School, Astri, expressed his appreciation to the Al Inyah Mosque Management along with DKM, PT Timah, and parents who have encouraged their children so that they can implement the Ramadhan Islamic Boarding School.
"Currently there are hundreds of children participating, so we also feel enthusiastic about imparting various knowledge to Islamic boarding school participants this Ramadhan. On the last day we plan to go camping and simulate the Uhud war," he said. (*)
