Holds Advanced Admission Test for PT Timah Tbk Scholarship Class Program at SMAN 1 Pemali, PT Timah Tbk Collaborates with PIP Padjadjaran University

PANGKALPINANG -- As many as 39 students from Bangka Island who passed the administrative selection of the PT Timah Tbk Scholarship Class Program at SMAN 1 Pemali for the 2023/2024 Academic Year took an academic potential test and a psychological test which was held at the PT Timah Tbk's Education and Training Center's Cassiterite Building, Friday and Saturday (19-20) /5/2023).

Apart from taking the academic potential test, these students also underwent psychological tests, interviews, clinical psychology, and document validation.

Meanwhile, participants from Karimun, Meranti, and Belitung Islands will take part in this series of tests on Tuesday 23 May.

In carrying out the PT Timah Tbk Scholarship Class Program PPDB at SMAN 1 Pemali, apart from the PT Timah Tbk selection committee, it also involved the Bangka Belitung Islands Provincial Education Office, SMAN 1 Pemali Representatives, PT Timah Tbk CSR Division Team and PT Timah Tbk Scholarship Class Program hostel administrators.

PT Timah Tbk also cooperates with the Psychology Innovation Center (PIP) of Padjadjaran University to conduct psychological tests, interviews, and clinical psychology.

"All participants who passed the administrative test on Bangka Island were present to take the follow-up test. None were absent," said PT Timah Tbk's Head of Corporate Communications, Anggi Siahaan.

The PPDB tests for the PT Timah Tbk Scholarship Class Program at SMAN 1 Pemali are free and carried out transparently and accountable.

The PT Timah Tbk Scholarship Class Program at SMAN 1 Pemali is one of the commitments of MIND ID Mining Industry Holding members to support the improvement of the quality of human resources in the mining circle. This program with the boarding concept has been implemented since 2000 and has graduated 815 alumni. (*)
