High Enthusiasm, Hundreds of Participants Follow PT Timah Scholarship Class Selection at SMAN 1 Pemali

PANGKALPINANG -- Hundreds of students are enthusiastic about registering for the PT Timah Scholarship Class at SMAN 1 Pemali for the 2025/2026 academic year.

As many as 205 students have registered in the PT Timah Scholarship Class PPDB since it was opened on March 1 to April 14, 2025. Participants who registered came from Bangka Belitung Islands Province, Riau Islands Province and Riau Province.

The most applicants came from Bangka Regency with 53 people, South Bangka 36 people, West Bangka 33 people, East Belitung 27 people, Central Bangka 23 people, Pangkalpinang 11 people, Meranti 11 people, Karimun 6 people and Belitung 5 people.

The PT Timah Scholarship Class Program is designed to provide access to education to outstanding students from underprivileged families, as well as an effort to produce superior and competitive future generations.

This program not only covers tuition fees, but also provides supporting facilities such as dormitories, character building, and soft skill development.

Registration for the Pemali Boarding School Program Scholarship Class at SMAN 1 Pemali for the 2024/2025 academic year will close on April 17. Registration can be done through the page https://ppdb2025.beasiswatimah.com/home.php

The PT Timah Scholarship Class Program at SMAN 1 Pemali has been started since 2000, and has produced 886 alumni who have benefited from the free education program initiated by MIND ID Mining Industry Holding Members.

In this Scholarship Class PPDB, PT Timah will conduct a number of series of tests for participants, namely administrative selection, field surveys, academic potential tests, psychological tests, interviews, clinical psychological analysis and document validation and medical tests.

PT Timah Corporate Communication Department Head, Anggi Siahaan said this program is a tangible form of the company's commitment to support education in the region.

“Through this scholarship program, PT Timah wants to provide the widest possible opportunity for local children to get access to quality education without being burdened by costs, so they can focus on developing their potential,” Anggi said.

Anggi added that the PPDB selection for the PT Timah Scholarship class at SMAN 1 Pemali was free of charge. He hopes that students will only access information from the company's official page regarding this PPDB selection.
