GEMURUH -- PT Timah Tbk's Healthy Car provides health services for the community in Gemuruh Village, West Kundur District, Karimun Regency at the Gemuruh Village Office, Thursday (19/10/2023).
The presence of the PT Timah Tbk Healthy Car was greeted enthusiastically by residents, as many as 94 people took advantage of the free health services from members of the MIND ID mining industry holding.
With the presence of the PT Timah Tbk Health Car, residents feel very helped because they no longer need to travel far for treatment, besides that they also don't need to pay because this service is provided free of charge.
Abeng (72), a resident of Gemuruh who received health services at the PT Timah Tbk Healthy Car, admitted that he was very happy with the presence of a healthy car in their village. He had complaints such as swelling in his legs so he couldn't move.
"I am happy and helped by the presence of healthy cars in our village, so that to get health services you don't have to go far, especially now that my condition doesn't allow me to go far because my legs hurt," he said.
Likewise, Rohani (62) is grateful for the presence of PT Timah Tbk's healthy car, apart from providing free health services, they also get medicine.
"The medicines are also good and the distance from home is also close. Hopefully next time PT Timah Tbk's healthy car can return to our village," she explained.
Gemuruh Village Secretary Riduan expressed his appreciation to PT Timah Tbk for providing healthy cars to Gemuruh Village so that their village residents can experience health services more closely.
"Hopefully with this free health service, the community can feel the company's contribution directly. Thank you PT Timah for bringing healthy cars to our village, hopefully, the people of Gemuruh Village can be helped and also become healthier," she said.
Likewise, West Kundur District Head Yusufian appreciated PT Timah Tbk's concern for their community which is carried out sustainably through health programs and programs to encourage the community's economic independence.
