PANGKALPINANG – In the spirit of Syawal 1446 Hijri, PT Timah's management held a Halal Bihalal gathering to celebrate Eid al-Fitr 1 Syawal 1446 H with the Board of Commissioners, Directors, and employees at Graha Timah on Wednesday (April 23, 2025).
The warm and intimate gathering served as a moment to strengthen ties between employees and management, promoting togetherness and mutual appreciation.
The event was attended by Deputy President Director of MIND ID, Dany Amrul Ichdan, President Commissioner of PT Timah, M. Alfan Baharuddin, along with members of the Board of Commissioners, Committees, and President Director of PT Timah, Ahmad Dani Virsal, and the Board of Directors.
As part of the Halal Bihalal event, PT Timah also distributed donations to several orphans in Pangkalpinang, reflecting the company’s continuous commitment to social care.
In his remarks, Dany Amrul Ichdan encouraged all members of PT Timah to remain grateful and patient through all challenges and to support the management in their efforts to enhance company performance.
“There are two life philosophies: gratitude without conditions and patience without limits. PT Timah is now being led by spiritual leaders – both the President Commissioner and President Director. In this month of Syawal, let us all strive for continuous improvement. Support the management’s innovations for the betterment of the company,” he emphasized.
President Commissioner Alfan Baharuddin expressed his appreciation for the dedication of PT Timah employees and management, which resulted in positive achievements in 2024.
“Let us continue to think positively about the company. Thank you for your hard work in 2024, which resulted in remarkable progress,” he said.
Meanwhile, President Director Ahmad Dani Virsal emphasized that the Halal Bihalal gathering was a time to strengthen relationships and reflect on gratitude for all accomplishments.
He also shared moral reflections on the trials and patience faced in the current environment and expressed gratitude for the dedication of employees that led to the company’s positive performance.
“The challenges we face today are testing our patience. Many changes and improvements are needed. Let us forgive one another and motivate each other to perform even better. Thank you for your dedication and support in improving the company’s performance,” he said.
Doni Rusmawan, one of the employees who attended the Halal Bihalal, expressed his appreciation for the event's informal and friendly atmosphere.
