Facilitated by PT Timah Tbk, the wish of Danil Pratama's parents to directly support their son can come true
JAKARTA -- Danil Pratama, the Indonesian Idol contestant from Bangka Belitung, again managed to amaze the judges and viewers in the Spectacular round, which sang Pelangi di Matamu dari Jamrud, Monday (13/2/2023) evening.
In the Indonesian Idol Spectacular round, 13 contestants showed their best talents in singing.
To provide direct support to Danil, PT Timah Tbk invited Danil Pratama's parents to witness his son's performance at the RCTI Studio.
Danil's father, Azas, admitted that he was very happy to be able to watch and provide direct support to his baby at this prestigious talent search event in Indonesia.
"Alhamdulillah, I am very happy to be able to watch and provide direct support for my child," said the resident of Central Bangka.
Azas' presence is also a cure for homesickness because he can see Danil. He is grateful that PT Timah Tbk can help him see his son's appearance directly. So far they can only watch from the television screen.
"All of this was made possible thanks to the help from PT Timah, which has helped me to come here directly," said Azas.
He said previously that PT Timah Tbk would bring them and their families. However, due to an age limit for the audience, he canceled it.
"From PT Timah, we wanted our family to be there to cheer for Danil. However, due to an age limit, those who can enter the building must be over 13 years old. This made my wife and I confused, what about our two children, when we were in the building. It's understandable that our children are still small," he said.
He hopes that his presence will make Danil more enthusiastic.
"Hopefully my presence will be a motivation for Danil. Hopefully he can continue to the next round," he hoped. (**)
