EAST BELITUNG - PT Timah Tbk donated an ambulance to Lazismu, East Belitung Regency. This is an effort to facilitate public health transportation in East Belitung.
This ambulance was handed over directly by the Main Director of PT Timah Tbk, Achmad Ardianto to the management of Lazismu Belitung Timur on the sidelines of the inauguration of the new office of the Belitung Production Unit in Lenggang Village, Gantung District, Belitung Regency, Wednesday (18/1/2022).
Chairman of Lazismu East Belitung, Samlawi appreciated the ambulance assistance from PT Timah Tbk which was very useful for the benefit of the people in East Belitung.
"On behalf of the administrators of your lazismu Beltim, we would like to thank PT Timah Tbk very much, we are very happy with the assistance of this ambulance," said Samlawi.
According to Samlawi, currently they already have the Lazismu Beltim ambulance but it's a used car. With the addition of one ambulance from PT Timah Tbk, it will help the people of Beltim even more. Moreover, the vehicle is intended to facilitate health transportation for the community.
"So far this car service is free for the people of Beltim who need it and this is to serve the people who need it," he said.
He hopes that PT Timah Tbk can continue to exist so that it can continue to provide assistance to the community.
"Hopefully PT Timah Tbk will be more victorious in terms of production and the extended family of PT Timah Tbk will be given health and convenience both in this world and in the hereafter," he said.
