Recognizing the huge potential of MSMEs in driving the people's economy, PT Timah Tbk through the Micro Small Business Funding (PUMK) program continues to encourage the independence of MSMEs through capital loans, coaching and marketing for MSMEs.
PT Timah Tbk has again poured out revolving funds through the Micro Small Business Funding Program (PUMK) for MSME players in operational areas in 2023.
This year, in carrying out the distribution of the PUMK Program, this TINS ??Coded Issuer is working with Bank BRI. PT Timah's distribution of PUMK in collaboration with BRI has disbursed IDR 2 billion which has been realized to 58 fostered partners from the IDR 10 billion plan to support MSME independence.
In addition to providing capital loans for MSME players, MIND ID mining industry holding members also provide coaching and training for fostered partners to develop their abilities.
This year PT Timah Tbk will hold marketing training for fostered partners. So that later can help in promoting their products.
To increase the marketing of MSME players, PT Timah Tbk also facilitates fostered partners to market their products at the Tins Gallery, Swisbell Hotel's Rumah Tua Gallery and Serumpun Sebalai Gallery. In addition, PT Timah Tbk also often facilitates fostered partners to participate in exhibitions at the local, national and international levels.
"SMEs play a role in boosting the community's economy and creating jobs. So since 2000 PT Timah Tbk has implemented the PUMK program to help MSMEs be independent and continue to grow," said PT Timah Tbk Head of Corporate Community Anggi Siahaan.
This year, said Anggi, there has been a change in the distribution of the PUMK program. As a form of BUMN synergy, the PUMK distribution program is fully implemented by BRI.
"The assessment and submission processes are all carried out by Bank BRI. MSME players in PT Timah Tbk's operational areas can take advantage of this program to develop their businesses," said Anggi.
